Once opened, coffee is typically at its best for about 3-5 weeks, depending on how it’s stored. -
How long should I rest my coffee after roasting?
We generally recommend resting coffee for 7-14 days after the roast date before brewing. -
How should I store my coffee at home?
Store coffee in an airtight container at room temperature, away from light, heat, and moisture. -
