Once opened, coffee is typically at its best for about 3-5 weeks, depending on how it’s stored.
You’ll notice a gradual softening of flavours over time. Coffee doesn’t suddenly expire, but aromatics and clarity will slowly fade as it’s exposed to oxygen. But rest assured your coffee will still be tasty - we recommend trusting both the roast date and your palate.
