When and where was this coffee roasted?

Each bag of coffee includes a roast date printed on the packaging, so you’ll always know when it was roasted.

We roast our coffee on site in Edmonton, Alberta, 3 days/week, during our regular production schedule. Most orders ship within a few days of roasting, depending on order volume and the specific coffee selected.
