As a starting point, we recommend a medium-fine grind, similar to table salt. Because grinders vary widely, we suggest using grind size as simply a reference point, then adjusting based on taste:
● If your coffee tastes sour or weak, try grinding finer
● If it tastes bitter or harsh, try grinding coarser
Small adjustments go a long way. Dialing in by taste will always be more reliable than matching a specific number or setting.
