International orders may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing, which is handled by the destination country’s customs authority and the courier.
Customs delays can happen for a variety of reasons, including inspections, incomplete documentation requests, or high processing volumes. These delays are outside of our control and can add additional time before delivery.
If your tracking shows that your order is in customs or awaiting clearance, we recommend allowing extra time and monitoring updates through the courier’s tracking system. In many cases, customs processing resolves on its own without any action required.
If the courier or customs authority requires additional information or payment, they will typically contact the recipient directly. If you’re unsure how to proceed or need clarification, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
