If customs fees are refused or not paid, the shipment may be held, returned to us, or abandoned by the courier or customs authority.
Any costs associated with a refused or returned international shipment, including return shipping, duties, taxes, or customs fees, are the responsibility of the recipient. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refused shipment is returned to us and can be recovered, we can arrange reshipment once it is received back, with additional shipping costs applying. In some cases, packages may not be returned at all.
