I’ve noticed an error, can I make a change to my order?

Once an order has been placed, we can’t guarantee that changes can be made.

If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before it’s shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we’re typically unable to make changes. In those cases, the fastest option may be to contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
