Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Once an order has been submitted, we’re not always able to make changes, especially if it has already entered fulfillment. If you notice an error as soon as possible, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error provided at checkout, we’re unfortunately unable to replace or refund the order. In some cases, a package may be returned to us by the courier. If that happens, we can arrange reshipment once it’s received back, with additional shipping costs applied.
