If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, we recommend checking a few things first:
- Look around your delivery area, including porches, mailrooms, garages, or side entrances
- Check with household members, neighbours, or building management
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct
In many cases, packages are marked as delivered slightly before they physically arrive, are left in a secure location nearby, or are picked up by a neighbour.
If you’re still unable to locate your order after checking locally, the next step is to contact the courier directly. Once orders are shipped, it is no longer under our control. Once delivered, the courier is no longer responsible. Claims can be filed, but may not be approved and often take a long time to resolve. If stolen/missing packages are a concern, we have a signature required option during checkout to ensure secure delivery. If your order was stolen from your property, we are not able to reship or absorb the loss.
