Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
The tracking link allows you to follow your package as it moves through the courier’s network. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created, especially during busy periods.
For the United States, we’ve recently updated the way we ship most standard U.S. orders. Parcels now travel from our Edmonton roastery to our partner warehouse in California before entering the USPS network. Delivery is generally within the following week after that scan.
If you don’t see a shipping confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
