When an order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping cost is covered by us, and paid to the carrier, at the time of purchase. If items from that order are later returned, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
In these cases, the cost of outbound shipping is deducted from the refund amount. This reflects the actual shipping cost incurred to send the order, even though it appeared as “free” at checkout.
This approach is standard across ecommerce and helps us continue offering free shipping thresholds while keeping pricing fair for all customers.
Full details are outlined in our Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policies.
