When an order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping is covered by Rogue Wave, not by the carrier. The carrier still charges us for the delivery service. “Free shipping” simply means that cost is not passed on to you at checkout.
Because the shipping service has already been provided once an order ships, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, even if items are later returned. In those cases, the outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
This allows us to continue offering free shipping thresholds while keeping pricing fair and consistent for all customers.
