In most cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
This includes:
- Shipping the original item back to us
- Shipping the exchanged item back to you
If an exchange is required due to an error on our end or a verified defect, return and reshipment costs may be covered. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
