- A brief description of what appears to be the issue
- Photos of the items you did receive, if possible
In some cases, items may ship separately or be packed in different compartments of the box. Once we review the order and confirm what happened, we’ll let you know the next steps.
In most cases, we’re unable to ship a replacement item before the original item is returned.
For returns or exchanges involving incorrect or unwanted items, we typically process replacements once the original item has been received back. This helps us ensure accuracy and prevents duplicate shipments.
In limited situations, we may offer an exception at our discretion, such as for high-value orders or established customers. If an advance replacement is approved, a return of the original item is still required.
