What happens if my local customs returns my order to Rogue Wave?

If an international order is returned to us by customs of your country or the courier, it’s usually due to unpaid or refused customs fees, incomplete clearance, non-collection of the parcel, or a delivery issue that couldn’t be resolved.

If the parcel is successfully returned to us and can be recovered, we can arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense, including any additional shipping or customs-related costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In some cases, international parcels are not returned and may be abandoned or disposed of by customs or the courier. If this happens, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.
