Your first order will always ship as soon as possible!
Your second order depends on the type of subscription and frequency you selected.
If you purchased a Roaster's Club (Monthly) subscription before the last 10 days of a month, your second order will process on the 1st of the coming month. If you purchased a Roaster's Club (Monthly) subscription within the last 10 days of a month, your second order will skip the coming month and will process on the 1st of the next month. We do this to ensure you don't receive too much coffee at one time! We also curate a shared monthly experience towards the beginning of each month where we include recipe cards and a link to our monthly brew video, which we're always excited to share with you.
Here's a better example of how this looks:
- If you purchase Roaster's Club (Monthly) on May 10, your 1st order will process right away, and your 2nd order will process June 1.
- If you purchase Roaster's Club (Monthly) on May 25, your 1st order will process right away, and your 2nd order will process on July 1.
For all other subscriptions and frequencies, your 2nd order is going to be whatever the frequency is from your 1st order. Here's what this means:
- If you purchase a subscription that is not Roaster's Club (Monthly), your 1st order will process right away, and your 2nd order will process every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, month, etc. depending on the frequency you selected.
