Can I resume my paused subscription?

Yes. A paused subscription can be resumed at any time.

In most cases, you can resume your subscription directly through your customer accountby updating the status or your next delivery date. Once resumed, your subscription will continue on its regular schedule.

If your subscription was paused due to a payment issue (such as an expired or declined card), you’ll need to update your payment method before it can resume. If you’re unsure what’s preventing it from restarting, feel free to reach out and we can help take a look.

If your subscription was cancelled instead of paused, you will have to restart your subscription from scratch by purchasing whichever subscription you're wanting.
