Our Return Policy
We accept returns of coffee merchandise if it is returned in the same condition and in the original unopened packaging. Return shipping fee is approximately $10-$20 depending on your location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from your final refund total. Initial shipping may be deducted if your order qualified for free shipping.
Merchandise that has been used may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a 10-20% restocking fee and return shipping fee.
We cannot accept the return of our freshly roasted coffee as it is a perishable item.
We do our absolute best to provide you with exemplary customer service and will address your concerns in as reasonable and timely manner as possible.
