U.S. orders now follow a multi-stage shipping process, which can result in longer overall transit times. Most standard U.S. shipments first travel from our roastery in Canada to a U.S. partner facility before entering the local delivery network. During this cross-border and consolidation stage, tracking may show no movement for several days, even though the parcel is actively in transit.
Once the package is handed off to the final courier (such as USPS, UPS, or another local carrier), tracking updates typically resume and delivery proceeds as normal. Most U.S. orders arrive at their destination within 7-14 business days after shipping.
This process helps ensure more reliable delivery and smoother customs handling. If tracking has not updated for an extended period after entering the local delivery network, feel free to reach out and we’re happy to take a look.
