Some grinders may require minor alignment adjustments as part of normal setup or use. In many cases, small alignment variations can be resolved through adjustment and are not considered a manufacturing defect. We’re happy to help with these alignments as best we can.
If you believe your grinder has a genuine alignment defect:
- Check that all setup steps have been followed correctly
- Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
- We may ask for photos or a short video to help assess the situation
